KfW’s representative office in Phnom Penh does not conduct any bank business of its own. Instead, its sole function is to support the bank’s headquarters in Frankfurt. In this context we support the implementation of bilateral Financial Cooperation between Royal Government of Cambodia and Federal government of Germany. Furthermore, the office also serves as first contact and entry point for private investors and project finance for our subsidiaries KfW-DEG and KfW-IPEX Bank which are still not present in Cambodia.
