The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a German political foundation working world wide to promote Democracy, the Rule of Law, Human Rights, and Social Market Economy. KAS is named after Konrad Adenauer (1876 – 1967), the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Heinrich Böll Foundation (HBS)

Heinrich Böll Stiftung is the political foundation of the German Green Party. The MetaHouse is the German Cultural Centre in Phnom Penh and hosts a wide range of daily activities in the arts, film and music. It also hosts the Goethe Institut and offers German language classes.
